The Route to School Planner project aids students, parents and school staff in making informed decisions about their travel routes to and from school. Identifying bike or walking paths, sidewalks, crosswalks, adult crossing guard locations, school safety zones and appropriate drop-off areas, these maps are sure to help you plan the safest route to school!
During the 2008 – 2009 school year, a Route to School Planner was piloted at St. Patrick’s Catholic School and Otonabee Valley Public School. Active and Safe Routes to School Peterborough developed a map for Prince of Wales School 2010 and is currently developing one for RF Downey School.
