Biking is fun and active, and impeccably good for your mind, heart and the community. It's also the greatest time you can have on two wheels.

  • Try riding to work or school: you're out in the world, being active, feeling the sun on your face.

  • On a map, draw a two or three kilometre circle around your home. Instead of driving to the shops and destinations inside that area, make a rule that you'll always try to bike or walk.
